5th - 8th October Methodist Art Collection exhibition – ‘Hope and Reconciliation’
Highlights of the Methodist Modern Art Collection reflecting the impact of war on artists from Edward Burra to Graham Sutherland will be shown at Christchurch Ilkley and Ben Rhydding Methodist church as part of the Ilkley Art Trail 2017.

10th October All Together Now; bringing generations together
At Oxford Place Methodist Church, Leeds
A free one day, live streamed conference exploring what it means to be intergenerational church community.  What is it? What does it look like? How could it happen in my setting? What difference could it make to my congregation? Is it all-age worship repackaged? This event will help you to think intentionally about a being a church of different generations.  Reflecting on both theory and practice - see intergenerational ministry in action! We will be hosting an event at Oxford Place Methodist Church, Leeds and all are welcome to join us! You will need to book your place by email to Fiona Fidgin (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) as numbers are needed for lunch.  Alternatively, you can register for the event by yourself and either watch it in the comfort of your own home or have a local gathering with a few folks. You will need to make sure that you have a Wi-Fi connection!

14th October Opening Doors - Benedictine Hospitality in the Ecumenical Movement
At Ampleforth Abbey and Starbrook Abbey
Participants from all Church traditions are invited to a day visit to Ampleforth and Stanbrooke Abbeys to look at how the Abbey communities draw people together from within and without.
